Leadership and entrepreneurship are skills acquired less by education and more by experience. One undergoes management trials, sheer responsibility, and focus to be finally able to lead others. My education spans from a bachelor\u2019s in business administration to preparing demand and market analysis for industries and specializing in economics. Since then, I have decided to innovate industry and business by launching unprecedented projects focusing on organizational skills. Currently, I am the Chief Financial Officer and a co-founder of Novo AI, a company about disruptive innovation, I have been handling the fields of marketing and sales, communication department, and business development with a focus-oriented approach. This has led me to develop a deep understanding of how discipline, focus, and leadership play a pivotal role in business and technological excellence. Since all business is ultimately connected to and conducted by people, I did not limit myself to one field only and went beyond to gain additional experience in Human Resource management. But this is not the end.
